Choosing the Right Flush Plate

Everything else in a concealed system is hidden. The flush plate is the only part the room ever sees, which makes it a disproportionately important 200-dirham decision.

First, confirm compatibility. A Sigma plate needs a Sigma 12 cm cistern; an Alpha plate needs Alpha or Sigma. Mismatches are the most common site error we correct.

Then match geometry to the tapware. Square actuators sit naturally with rectilinear mixers such as the Mono Tall Basin Mixer; round actuators soften a scheme dominated by hard tile joints.

Finish last. Bright chrome is the safest and most forgiving. Matt chrome hides fingerprints better in high-traffic guest bathrooms and hospitality washrooms.
